I can't stress enough how great is to do Playhem every day. Moreover all of that is possible because of you, ye, you. A fellow gamer reading this blog post right now.

Thanks everyone for helping us out and fueling this community every day.

PS: On that note — here is the Derek Sivers short talk about the importance of embracing the first follower. Let's get a Playhem movement! Hopefully we're as ridiculous as that first guy in the video!

    New changes

    • New Help/Support section is up
    • "I need help" buttons are available for both challenges and tournaments
    • Live support will begin 24/7 support by the end of the week

We do care about how our support is currently working, that why we're making those improvements which is going to allow you get help faster and in more organized fashion.

When you will login next time you're going to notice the new menu item called Help & Support.

    Help & Support Location

Note. Please use it for all the support that you need and don't use support@playhem.com anymore. Emails to support@playhem.com are not going to be processed in future.

    Overall Help Section Look

Usually it's a good idea to see if other had the same issue in Known Issues or check out the Community Help before submitting a ticket.
There are few types of possible tickets/requests:
    • Abuse report — if someone is abusing
    • Troubleshooting and Errors — for general bug reporting
    • Problem with a challenge — use it if you're opponent is AFK or if you have a verification problem
    • Problem with tournament — again if someone is AFK and tourney is delayed
    • Prizes — use it for any question about when new prizes will be up or to claim a prize

You don't need to go anywhere from the challenge — you can just click I need help button inside open challenge or inside a tourney and it will fill out most of the fields automatically.

Hopefully you find this useful! Enjoy!

    • Yami-yami feature! Verification email shortening is included

    Verification email shortening

Following numerous requests from our much loved users. You now are able to choose a short and unique verification email for both consoles. Prefix before the dot can be as short as two symbols. Prefix should be unique as well.

Important: You can change the shortening only once per account so make it count!

You don't have to change the email in order for automatic verification to work. Old emails will work as well.

    Emails shortener

    Unique prefix + . + p (for Playstation) @phm.vg
